Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will not be possible.

Refund Policy

We follow a strict no-refund policy for all orders.

However, refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

β€’ Product lost in transit
β€’ Wrong product delivered
β€’ Product damaged during shipping

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.


Return & Replacement Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product received is:

β€’ Incorrect

The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

After verification, our team will initiate a replacement within 2–3 business days.
The replacement product is typically delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with your order details and photos/videos of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

β€’ Custom or personalized products
β€’ Requests made after 24 hours of delivery


Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Mylittlepaws is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.
